For some deliveries, we may also collect your signature.
For deliveries that require proof of identity, we may record the form of ID sighted and Date of Birth.
This information will only be used to facilitate our standard operations; deliveries and associated activities.

Proof of Compliance

Operating in such important fields and industries, we understand that there are rules that need to be followed. You can trust that we operate in accordance with the law - and we can prove it.
For certain deliveries, you may request proof of compliance - that is, you can request the Fleeting Fox agent handling your delivery to present you with certain licences and permits relevant to the job, or to show that our equipment is fit for use.Food Safety
Fleeting Fox agents delivering foodstuffs and food-safe equipment will have received Food Handler Training or be qualified Food Safety Supervisors. Our delivery vehicles are kept to a high standard of cleanliness.You can request proof of training and qualification upfront. You can inspect the vehicle's interior under supervision.Environments with Vulnerable People
Fleeting Fox agents operating in environments with vulnerable people will have a police check within 18 months of issue.Places requiring a Working With Children Check must contact us prior to delivery for proof of clearance.

Delivery of Alcohol

When we deliver alcohol, there is an onus on us to ensure that we are in compliance with the law.
We may ask you to produce proof of age in the form of;
- a driver's licence,
- proof of age card,
- passport, or;
- photographic keypass identification card
Your name, date of birth, and document number will be recorded along with the address of the delivery.
We keep a record of this information for a period of 12 months. During this time, it may be presented to law enforcement and relevant government bodies. After this 12-month period, this record will be destroyed.
